Antioxidant Supplement & Their Health Benefits  

Several studies have shown that antioxidants play an important role in promoting health and well-being of mind or spirit. In fact, antioxidant supplements have occupied a great place on the nutrition market in this recent decade. There exist two ways to get enough antioxidants your body needs: 1) eating antioxidant-rich foods in your daily diet; 2) taking supplement of antioxidants. Those supplements are also available in capsule or liquid form; the synthetic ones are not expensive. Most of the containers cost less than a pizza price, and can last months.  The least cheap ones are made from natural sources such as grape seeds. Choosing between synthetic and natural is a question of choice; there is no scientific evidence showing that natural vitamins are better than natural. However, it is much more beneficial when the organism gets these nutrients direct from food we eat.    

Since natural is always better, majority of experts advise natural antioxidant supplements to their patients. They believe that natural foods are better to the organism. Our body doesn't digest antioxidant supplements as well as it ingests natural vitamins from fruits and vegetables. However, “some is better than none”; If you cannot receive enough antioxidant from your food intake, you can take a supplement can help you have adequate your body needs.
